How do I submit my artwork?

We need all artwork in a JPEG file format. Once deposit is paid, artwork should be sent to orders@sapfightingtribeusa.com to begin helping you create your design.

Placing an Order

How do I use a promotional/coupon code?

When viewing your shopping cart, you will see a section that will read “Enter coupon code”. Please enter your code in this section and be sure to click “Apply Coupon” to view your new estimated total during checkout. Please note that the majority of our promotional offers are not intended to be combined with each other, and we reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offers, and to modify or cancel promotions without notice due to system errors or unforeseen problems.

Do you charge tax?

Not if you’re shipping to an address outside of the state of Florida. But as a Florida-based business, we are required to collect sales tax on total shipped merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, to orders shipped to the state of Florida.

Is this site secure?

Yes, we take security very seriously, and we understand how important it is to our shoppers—after all we’re shoppers, too! When you place an order on our website, we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is an advanced consumer online security technique. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. In order for encryption to take place, your browser must have the SSL protocol.

How do I know that my billing information is secure?

All credit card numbers are stored on a highly secure, PCI-Compliant data server. When you type in your credit card information, the complete credit card number is transferred to this secure server. Shipping, Returns & Existing Orders

How soon will my package arrive?
Domestic US Shipping:

All orders made Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) before 3PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed and shipped the same day. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please allow extra time during promotions. Below are the shipping timeframes we have available for the U.S.:

 

  • UPS Ground Shipping (within the continental U.S.) – Guaranteed to arrive within 3-5 working days.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (within the continental U.S.) – Guaranteed to arrive within 2 working days.

 

If you’ve provided your email address to us at the time of purchase, UPS will notify you via email that your package has been picked-up and allow you to track its delivery progress online at the UPS website.

 

International Shipping:

We ship internationally and welcome customers abroad. Shipping charges and timeframes vary for international orders based on location, package size, etc., and are automatically shown on our website during checkout based on your shipping address.

 

If you are unable to enter your international shipping address when ordering online, then we must calculate this shipping for you personally. We recommend that you contact us at orders@sapfightingtribeusa.com requesting the items you want and the exact shipping address. We will then be able to find out the shipping options and contact you with this information. We will also explain how to proceed with your order and make payment.

How do I return something?

We take great care to provide our customers with the highest quality of goods. Should any customer feel unsatisfied with their purchase, please send the product back with the original packing and a letter explaining the reason of the return and the action you would like for us to take. Customers can return any product which hasn’t been washed, worn, altered, or soiled for refund, credit, or exchange if the product is in “saleable” condition within a 14 day period after the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that result from use of the products. Use of the products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty.

Customers should send packages insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If the customer should request that we replace or exchange an item, they will be responsible for the reshipping charges. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund, or credit.

What if my order is damaged?

If damage occurred to your item(s) during shipment, please contact us immediately via email at orders@sapfightingtribeusa.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for quick service. Our Customer Care team must be notified of all damaged items within 15 days of receiving your package.

What if my order doesn't contain all the items listed on my packing slip?

Please contact us via email at orders@sapfightingtribeusa.com so we may review your order.
